7th Grade Immunizations

Per Texas Department of State Health Services, all incoming 7th graders must have their immunizations up to date.  Three vaccines are due before starting 7th grade:

1. Varicella #2 (Chicken Pox)
2. Meningococcal (Meningitis)
3. Tdap (Booster for Tetanus)

The school nurse must have a copy of all updated immunizations before the start of 7th grade.  Please fax a copy of your child’s immunizations to 281-463-5804.
